Damaged or Defective Products:
If your product is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product with photos of the product and packaging.
To claim a return for a damaged product, you will need to make an unboxing video while opening the package. This is required to help us understand the issue and prevent any fraudulent claims.
We will either issue a refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference.
Since we are dealing with exclusive party wear products in Clothing and Jewellery, we have a strict NO RETURNS policy (unless its a faulty item).
