Damaged or Defective Products:
- If your product is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product with photos of the product and packaging.
- To claim a return for a damaged product, you will need to make an unboxing video while opening the package. This is required to help us understand the issue and prevent any fraudulent claims.
- We will either issue a refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference.
Refunds:
- Since we are dealing with exclusive party wear products in Clothing and Jewellery, we have a strict NO RETURNS policy (unless its a faulty item).
