To place an order on our website, simply browse through our collection and select the product you wish to purchase. Choose your size and add the item to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You will be asked to provide your shipping and payment information to complete the order.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal and Afterpay. 

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping option you choose. Generally, we aim to deliver your order within 2-7 business days within Australia and New Zealand. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched, so you can track its progress. 

We process orders quickly to ensure that you receive your products as soon as possible. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible on +61-451783821 (whatsapp only) . We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel or modify your order once it has been processed. 

Since we are dealing with exclusive party wear products in Clothing and Jewellery, we have a strict NO RETURNS policy (unless its a faulty item). In case of faulty item, we would require a Photo and Video of the parcel being opened to show the fault, specially in case of jewellery.

Exchange in size can be considered within 3 days of receiving the parcel, subject to availability of required size. Item being exchanged should be unused and with Tag and should be in sellable condition.
