At Panache by Divya, every piece is carefully inspected through a strict quality check before dispatch to ensure you receive it in perfect condition.
1. No Change of mind / Return or Exchange Policy
• Since we deal with party wear items only, we do not offer change of mind or returns on our items.
• All sales are final.
2. Refund Eligibility (Only in Genuine Cases)
• Refund are only considered if:
• The issue is visible in the unboxing video
• The item is unused, unworn, and with original tags intact
• Reported within 7 days of receiving the item, complaints raised later will not be accepted under any circumstances
• If approved, Refund will then be processed
3. Mandatory Unboxing Video (Very Important)
• Customers must record a clear, continuous unboxing video while opening the parcel.
• This video must start before opening the package and clearly show:
• Sealed packaging
• Product condition upon opening
4. Not Eligible for refund
We do not accept claims for:
• Damage after trying or wearing the outfit
• All our products are recommended for dry cleaning only, any damage due to hand or machine wash will not be eligible.
• Fabric tears due to handling, fitting, or alteration
• Issues reported after delay
• Minor variations in color, print, or texture (due to lighting/screens)
